Rock Racing Claims Defeated

Rock Racing Claims Defeated

Sep 2 2011

Rock Racing, Inc., the bicycle company founded by the controversial Michael Ball, sued Shane Fedon, Tony Cruz and Cruz Industries LLC in the Los Angeles Superior Court in 2010, alleging, among other things, that those defendants were using trade secrets of Rock Racing in making bicycles. Tom FitzGibbon defended the defendants in the matter and the Court sustained the demurrer to all claims and gave Rock Racing a chance to amend its complaint. Rock Racing declined to amend and dismissed its case in its entirety.

Shane Fedon is an engineer with years of experience in designing some of the best bicycles ever made and the principal of DeNovo Bicycles which makes and sells carbon fiber bicycles. See www.denovobicycles.com for more information.

Cruz Industries, LLC is a bicycle company founded by Tony Cruz a former professional racer for US Postal Service, Discovery Channel and Team Saturn. Tony brings his years of professional racing experience to help create and sell carbon fiber bicycles to racers looking for the best. Tony also currently manages the Cash Call Racing Team in Southern California.
