Kimberly L. Thigpen

Kimberly L. Thigpen is an experienced trial lawyer with significant expertise in entertainment and media technology matters. Prior to forming the Firm with Jon Pfeiffer in 2001, she was an associate with the international law firm of Bryan Cave LLP in its Santa Monica, California office for three years. Ms. Thigpen received her B.S. Degree from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service in Washington, D.C. in 1991. After spending three years in the Czech Republic teaching English and traveling throughout Europe, she returned to the United States and received her J.D. Degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1997, graduating cum laude.

Ms. Thigpen is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts of the state of California. She was the President of the Santa Monica Bar Association in 2003-04.
