Mitch Ziontz is a real estate lawyer with over twenty years of experience in all aspects of real estate transactions. He has represented national corporations, real estate investment trusts, financial institutions, borrowers, individuals, landlords, tenants, developers, investors, partnerships and limited liability companies. His practice includes office, industrial and retail leasing, purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties, construction and development, real estate financing, and structuring of ownership entities.

Mr. Ziontz received his B.A. in political science, with honors, in 1987 from the University of California at Santa Barbara and his J.D. in 1990 from the UCLA School of Law.

Mr. Ziontz devotes his time outside of work to his wife, Liz, and two children, Max and Lauren. Mitch is an avid skier, mountain climber and cyclist.
